What is a normal vitamin level for a 61 year-old, caucasian female?
Earlier this year my Vitamin D level was 12. After 3 months of taking 50,000 units per month, it went up to 34.
Then, after 3 months without it, it's back down to 24.
What can I do to keep my Level up where it should be?

Your Vitamin D Level is Almost Surely Low if you live where there is a Long Snowy Winter
I am a 57 year old female- my MD just checked my vit d level for first time & said it is less than 4 ng/ml - what does this mean?
I live in Florida- spend a lot of time in sun without sunblock- am overweight- don't exercise- don't drink milk-have been on statin- just came off- have colaganous collitis- & have suffered from chronic fatigue for many years- it is getting worse & worse- my bone density test was normal.
