What is a normal vitamin level for a 61 year-old, caucasian female?

Earlier this year my Vitamin D level was 12. After 3 months of taking 50,000 units per month, it went up to 34.

Then, after 3 months without it, it's back down to 24.

What can I do to keep my Level up where it should be?
