Take 'Enough' magnesium...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Lillian,

Well, if you read the page on the right Magnesium Dosage, you'll see that you take 'enough' magnesium to relieve your symptoms.

If you have reached bowel tolerance and you still are having symptoms, then you can even try rubbing a product like this one here called Topical Magnesium Gel right into your legs before bed.

Also, if you read the Epsom Salt Uses page, you'll see that you can even soak in a bath with Magnesium Bath Flakes before bed to get some extra magnesium absorbed right through your skin.

But I would also suggest that you get your Vitamin D Level checked as well. Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium are all involved in muscular contractions and an imbalance of any of these can lead to muscle pains and/or Muscle Cramps.

And the vast majority of people are vitamin D deficient- many severely, even when they live in sunny places like San Diego.

So please be sure to get your Vitamin d level checked, Lillian, and maybe you can get those muscle cramps taken care of.
