They didn't miss anything...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Laura,

It's not that the tests that you took 'missed something', it's that they didn't and CAN'T look for Non Celiac Gluten Intolerance- which you almost certainly have.

So, it's time to try a gluten free diet, but I DON'T DON'T DON'T recommend that you go out and start replacing the foods that you eat now with a bunch of gluten free foods. If you have IBS and so many problems that you've basically suffered all your life, it's not likely that 'just' going off of gluten is going to help you very much.

If you want to actually get healthy instead of just doing the minimum that you can to stop the bloating, I suggest that you get and follow The Healthy Urban Kitchen health program.

This eating plan is exactly the program that my husband and I use to maintain our health and it took me 20 years of trial and error to figure out that a 'primal' diet is what works to make me feel the absolute best and what works for the majority of people with health problems.
