Unfortunately, you've bought into the western medical paradigm..

Hi Astrid,

While it looks like you have tried to get on the right track, unfortunately you've been convinced of all the wrong things as far as diet and nutrients are concerned.

So, the amount of vitamin d that you are taking is FAR FAR too low for an adult. Please take a look at my page on Vitamin D Requirements to see that most adults need between 3800 to 5000 IU's per day as a MAINTENANCE dose- that is AFTER they have their levels in the optimal range, which it's unlikely that you do. So, you REALLY need to get a vitamin d level to find out how low you are- it might be VERY severe, you'd be surprised.

Next, the amount of magnesium that you are taking is SUPER low too. See my page on getting the right Magnesium Dosage. You might need up to 5 times that amount to help any of your health problems.

Next, your dosage of Omega 3's is FAR too low as well and you've be WAY better off getting your supplements in a HIGH QUALITY pack like the Jigsaw Health's Essential Daily Packs that already have most of these higher dosages in them already premeasured for you.

You might be EXTREMELY surprised at what your cholesterol levels have to do with your diet (which you think is good because that's what you've been told, but your diet actually sounds like it's a disaster and is actually causing many of your problems)...
