Your Vitamin D Blood Test Results...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Cheryl,

Your Vitamin D Level is 32 ng/ml. Don't worry about the 'Less than 4'. That is your Vitamin D2 Level and it is ALWAYS 'less than 4' unless you are taking Vitamin D2.

So, compare YOUR Vitamin D Level to the chart on the Vitamin D Levels Page. According to the chart there. your vitamin d level is within 'normal' limits according to only one person.

The other researchers would consider you a little bit low and would suggest that you take Vitamin D Supplements to increase your levels up to between 40 to 80 ng/ml.

So, if you take a look at the Vitamin D Requirements page and check to see how much Vitamin D that you should be taking. It should be between 3800 to 5000 IU's per day to maintain and/or slightly increase your levels.
