Ongoing high dosage of melatonin

let me first off tell you what led me to using 20 mg four times a day. I have been having an sweating and overheating problem for years. No matter what meds I'm on. I have sesitivity to high temperatures like anything over 75 degrees fereinheit. The melatonin lowers my core body temperature and allows me to like somewhat of a normal life. So my question is what are the long term side effects of such a high dosage ?
