Migraines when I take Vitamin D

by Anita
(Anaheim, CA)

I have been taking chelated magnessium ( 250 md/day) after figuring out that vitamin D was giving me a migraine.

I have reduced the vitamin D from 5000 to 4000 to 1000 to 400 IUs to no avail.
Still getting daily migraines.

When I stop taking the vitamin D and magnesium the migraine stop too!
Recent blood test show that I have vitamin D deficiency.

Read my page on Magnesium Dosage.

Your dosage of magnesium is not sufficient to relieve a magnesium deficiency. It's way too low.
