(Anniston, AL)

I'm dealing with Sciatica. Can a magnesium supplement help improve my condition? I do know that I have a bulging disc in my lower back which is causing the problem. If magnesium can help, what's a recommended dosage.

Is Magnesium good for Sciatiac Nerve Problems?

I have read that taking 800mg of magnesium aday will help with this new problem I have. I was told that my sciatiac nerve in my left hip is the reason that my legs hurt so bad during the day and even worse at night.

Can't sleep with this pain, so will this help or will I be disappointed again by no relief?
