Back Pain Too
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi George,

If you take a look at my page on Signs of Magnesium Deficiency, you'll see that I list back pain (from ANY cause) as being a symptom of magnesium deficiency.

It's also a VERY common Symptom of Vitamin D Deficiency so be sure to see the pages on:

Magnesium Dosage

Vitamin D Therapy

to see the proper dosages of both of these nutrients. I would also HIGHLY suggest that you take a look at the ebook Freedom From Chronic Pain. It's based on the work of the amazing Dr. John Sarno who has been treating people with back pain with an unusual, super effective and entirely FREE technique to get rid of back pain.

It will definitely open your eyes to a 'new reality' of why back pain may not even be what you think that it is and that your disk problems may be entirely and completely normal and NOT causing you back pain at all- no matter how many doctors assure you that it most certainly IS causing your back pain...

It's possible that they are dead wrong...
