Fibrolyalgia and Vitamin D
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Gina,

I'm sorry to hear about your problems. But lets get one thing straight! You do NOT have Fibromyalgia! You have a collection of symptoms that doctors call Symptoms of Fibromyalgia.

But diagnosing a person with a lifelong incurable illness because doctors are unwilling to look at a simple Fibromyalgia Cause such as the HUGE connections between:

Fibromyalgia and Magnesium

Fibromyalgia and Adrenal Gland Fatigue

Fibromyalgia and Vitamin D

When addressing these could FIX your Symptoms of Fibromyalgia is completely ridiculous and criminal in my opinion!!

So, back to your vitamin d level. Please read my Causes of Vitamin D Deficiency page and Vitamin D Foods page and tell me why you SHOULDN'T have vitamin d deficiency.

In other words, what have you done in your life to NOT have vitamin d deficiency? You live in Philadelphia where there is ZERO vitamin d for 6 months out of the year and if you are not eating a pound of salmon every week, then where are you getting vitamin d? I'm not surprised that you have vitamin d deficiency, I'm surprised that it's not much WORSE than it is.

So, first of all, you need to read why you should be ditching the Prescription Vitamin D and getting
Vitamin D3 Supplements
instead.

Then, take enough to get your levels up- which is going to likely be much more than you 'think' that you SHOULD need, but which is probably exactly what the 'normal' amount is that most people ACTUALLY need.
