Is a negative result from two samples from one stool taken to two hospital labs conclusive?

(Chicago )

Hi. I took two stool samples from one stool to two hospital labs. Both came back negative. One was done at the university of Chicago and the other at Rush university hospital. Are these negative results conclusive or can they be false negatives?

I stopped using PPI's for 28 days prior to stool sample. I used Zantac during this time but stopped 36 hours before stool sample. I followed my doctor's instructions. Thank you
