I don't know what is going with my body

Ok I'm 22 and for the past year and half have been having neck and shoulder pain it's very uncomfortable and very painful and no mtter what I do if it's icy hot, heating pad ibuprofen etc. Nothing seems to be helping... and no doctors can tell me what is. They tell me it's fibromyalgia but can't diagnose it as that.

And also through out my whole life since I was 2 weeks old I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism , I actually have No thyroid and have been taking synthroid my whole life. I've been reading a lot of stuff about fibromyalgia and all the symptoms of it I seem to have. I get terrible migraines, my body is so stiff in the morning that I have to lay in bed and force myself to get up cuz I have a 3yr old. I feel so sluggish and so disoriented that I feel retarded (sorry) and i feel like a hypochondriac!

But I just recently went to my endocrinologist and my thyroid levels are in the "normal range" ...CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME OR GIVE ME ADVICE I CANT TAKE THE PAIN ANYMORE!

Hi Ashley,

I have LOTS of ideas about where your pain is coming from and how to get rid of it. Your body pain, neck pain, stiffness, migraines, etc. are classic Signs of Magnesium Deficiency.

And since you are so young and have so many problems, I can GUARANTEE that many of your symptoms are due to Gluten Sensitivity. Many of your symptoms are also likely due to a severe Vitamin D Deficiency.

So, yes, many of your symptoms are likely due to what you are eating and what you are not eating- and changing your diet and adding a few supplements can help you to feel a LOT better. You do not have to suffer the rest of your life with this pain if you start taking proactive measures for your health right now...
