How Can I Increase My Absorption of Vitamin D

Covering Up is More Likely to Cause Vitamin D Deficiency than Chemtrails
My vitamin D level was 20 in Spring. The country is completely out of shots (UK) of course as they spray the skies to blot out the sun. I'm taking solgar 2200, but I want to get your 5000. The doctor said I am not even absorbing the full 2200 so I wouldn't absorb the 5000. What do you think of this? And then, what about your dropper liquid?
Is that not getting absorbed completely. To what degree is the absorption, and does it matter with stomach being full, or time of day? for me I would love to try your liquid, perhaps a little at a time. Please tell me which product I should purchase or if the doctor is correct about no way absorbing 5000. I know with Vitamin C they also say this is true. but of course if you TAKE MORE you get more, is it just a percentage of what you actually take? Would really appreciate to know best way to bring the numbers up. I have so many things assoc with Vit D def, like many of us living under chemtrails that are blocking out the sun.
