I have been sick for the last 10 years. I had stomach pain, burning, chest pain, upper back pain and at the middle of the shoulder which was real problem for me. I had visited so many qualified doctors and and they always wrongly diagnosed me and I was hopeless.

One neurophyscian told me that I had had neuropathy and gave me anti convulsants medications, they were useless. The other doctor told me that I have fibromyalgia. But I did not have tender points, how it can be a fibromyalgia?!

Another doctor told me that I have Anemia, I took iron tablets for 3 months no response. I was very hopeless and was thinking that it is better if commit suicide. Another doctor told me that I have chronic depression. I took one year anti depressants, but no responses.

After reading your article about H Pylori Symptoms, I decided to go the lab and test the blood for h pylori- that was positive. Than doctor prescribe some antibiotic with omeprazole. This was a miracle, I am alive once again.

Cancer scare, life restored.

For years I have been having trouble with my stomach, I've been depressed, tired, joint pain and other symptoms. I had back surgery April 2015. I was in my room for only a short when I flat-lined. A therapist found me in time for them to revive me. I woke up in ICU.

A few days later I was back at the hospital with blood clots in my lungs. I was prescribed a blood thinner, not just for a few months but for a year. I had been scheduled for an endoscopy, but they refused to do it while I was on the blood thinner. Finally off of blood thinners, I had the endoscopy done. They found irritation (I'd been diagnosed with GURD years ago) but also found a mass in the lower right part of my stomach. The Dr. took a biopsy to test for cancer, I also had a sonogram of organs in close proximity to that part of my stomach.

I only just got the results today. It is not cancer it is H. Pylori. The have called in 2 prescriptions for me. After I was told there was a 'mass in my stomach' I hit Google. Every site I visited said symptoms of stomach mass, weight gain...among other things of course. I had been complaining to my doctor for a year, at least that I could not eat much of anything and I was still gaining weight.

One doctor told me it was normal as we grow older, and since she was a big woman, I let it drop. For the last 6 months, I have lived on instant breakfast, frozen yogurt and Ensure. I have gained over 30 lbs. in my stomach area. My arms, legs, face, even back doesn't show the extra weight.

I do not understand why doctors will jump when someone is losing weight every visit but ignores gaining weight. Many medications say side effects can be weight loss or weight gain. I am somewhat upset that I was ignored when I complained about a legitimate symptom for a legitimate problem and have had to suffer many months when a 2-week treatment could have given me back a life worth living.

I just want to say: Anyone with these symptoms should insist on being tested for H.pylori bacteria. I am not sure an endoscopy is the only way to find it, I think there are other non-invasive ways to find this bacteria.

Hi, my friend got diagnosed with same symptoms. H pilori gave her really bad body pains that she feels she will commit sucide. She has been taking omaprazole for 14 days but the pains in her body are very bad. Can you please suggest something for the body pain?

Yes, have her get my book The H Pylori Solution. Omeprazole does not kill H pylori. She can take it all she wants and it will not do anything for H pylori. Omeprazole for H pylori DOES have a role, as it is used with antibiotics to improve the kill rate of antibiotics, however, it is just a 'helper' and not a 'killer'.

Plus, H pylori may not even be causing her body pains. It might, but it might not be. Body pains can be caused by MANY things, including nutrient deficiencies such as the Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency and Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency. If she has H pylori, then she has likely not been absorbing nutrients properly for a long time, and her body pains may not go away 'just' because she gets rid of the H pylori, but only when she gets her body sufficient in the nutrients she is deficient in.

I have h pylori currently getting antibiotic treatment. Taking mastic gum and probiotics as well. Symptoms i dont know if all ade hpylori but i will list all: burning pain left flank around lower ribs, spread to back, elevated liver enzyme, high heart rate 122, prone to bacterial infections sininutus, conjunctivitis, cellulitis (from fly bite - never reacted that way ever before to fly bites) tiredness, poor bowel movements -constipated, diahrheoa, floating smelly poo, burbing after food, shorter lighter periods, white finger nail beds, fading/no moons on finger nails, ridges on nails, bruising for no reason, pain in heart, hair loss diffuse from every body part, drooping eyelid, smelly flatulence, white and red blood in urine. I am on day 3 of treatment. Out of all the symtoms hair loss is def the worse.

I just got diagnosed with Hpyori and will be starting antibiotics tonight. I started to think I have fibermyalgia from all the weird body aches I have been getting. Mid-scapula pain, acid reflex, all over stomach pains, headaches. I can't wait to start treatment and hopefully feel better again.

I got diagnosed with h pylori last March, after 2 rounds of antibiotics i'm doing much better. I eat mostly an anti inflammatory diet. And have noticed weight loss in my stomach and less joint pain. I still have inflammation in my neck getting more range of motion in my right arm and shoulder.
I believe I've been infected with the bacteria for years.I have always had stomach issues. So grateful I have a good doctor that ran the proper test.
H pylori symptoms back?

Well, it's been almost a year since I developed the symptoms for H pylori, the giant bloated belly, the weird stomach pains, the soreness between my shoulders, fatigue, etc...after going to the GI doc, she recommended an endoscopy and found gastric ulcers in the body of the stomach and in the antrum, which is the piece that connect to the intestines.

She said ulcers were caused by the H pylori bacteria. I was on a round of antibiotics along with omerprazole to reduce the acid in the belly.

I felt better overnight! However, the infection came back as soon as i stopped the antibiotics. =D after another round of antibiotics, this time a different type (prev-pak), again, I responded beautifully for about a couple of weeks but suddendly, all the symptoms came back.

I starting to wonder if I am resistant to antibiotics?? I'm very concerned if anything will ever work to rid my body of this strong bad bacteria! Please help.

I treated h pylori for two times of antibiotic but still don't get relief... my age 22 and I have high blood pressure I think this is due to h pylori... lots of problem I m having with h pylori... I can't eat properly....my whole body is throbbing after eating....daily acidity gases
..back ribs pain...and many more plz help me
