Mouth Ulcers and Gluten Sensitivity

Yep. You're right. Mouth ulcers are known medically as aphthous ulcers and there is a strong connection between them and gluten sensitivity.

If a doctor even suspects that someone might have Celiac Disease, then in my opinion that is enough to try out a Gluten Intolerance Diet because it's so hard to diagnose and there is still the possibility that you have Non Celiac Gluten Intolerance.

So, it's certainly worth doing a 2 month trial to see how you feel.
