Breathing difficulty

by renee

my shortness of breath and breathlessness seem worse in higher humidity. Why is that? What can I do to be able to breathe. I can't take this much longer. How long will this take?

Sorry it is just tough when you cant breathe!

Maybe get that evaluated.

Hi Renee,

So, first of all, did you see where I answered you already? If you did, it's best to respond to my answer to keep everything a bit organized. If you didn't see it, here is is here:

Shortness of Breath from Magnesium.

Also, I'd suggest going off the magnesium completely for a little while and/or getting that shortness of breath evaluated by a doctor. This is just not a 'normal' reaction to magnesium and seems to have been going on for quite a while. Shortness of breath can also be a sign of something more serious, so getting that checked out and/or otherwise making sure that it's not something more serious.
