Benign PVC's and Magnesium

by Bonnie Warren
(Cleona, Pa)

I have benign PVCs that have been really acting up here late. I heard that magnesium could help a lot. Just confused on what type of mag to take and how much to take for PVCs. I'm a 52yr old female and PVCs started 6yrs ago but they had calmed downed a lot for two years and now they are back with a vengeance.

I'm on a Beta Blocker that helps a little and my bp is good. Would like to try Magnesium Supplements and is it OK to take with beta blocker? I heard Hawthorn is good to take for PVCs too. Really desperate to try something natural.
