B12 and auto- immune gastritis

Hi, I was diagnosed with auto-immune gastritis. I don't longer absorb b12 , since I don't have intrinsic factor.. Doctor gave me injection every month but After 15 days of my injection I feel fatigue and sick again... Do you think Sublingual b12 can help me. Thanks
