Hi Sue,

Thanks for the kind words about my site. Pass along the info to friends and family! Yes, you can absorb Vitamin D without TAKING magnesium, you just need to be magnesium sufficient.

I know that with MG that you have to be cautious about taking magnesium, but as long as you don't have any adverse symptoms and your vitamin d level rises with the vitamin d, then it's not a problem for you.

I personally don't take magnesium with my vitamin d and I don't have a problem because I'm magnesium sufficient. Hope this helps...

hi sue, most population worldwide are deficient in both, vit. D and magnesium, so you better supplement both.
