Vitamin D3 and Pregnancy

My daughter has onset of MS and taking 5000iu daily of Vitamin D3. Is this a safe dose to take during pregnancy?

Hi Joan,

Please go to the search box in the top left hand corner of EVERY page on my site and type in: vitamin d pregnancy.

I've answered this question probably at least 100 times. Then punch in: vitamin d and MS to see why you should be ABSOLUTELY distraught and angry that she's not been put on vitamin d before now and why you should thank your lucky stars that you have a doctor good enough to actually give your daughter enough vitamin d that your grandchild is (hopefully) protected from getting Multiple Sclerosis and any host of a number of diseases later in life that are related to long term vitamin d deficiency.
