Magnesium Deficiency
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Alisha,

Your doctor shouldn't do anything. If you read the page that you posted this at the bottom of, you'll see that I gave several VERY practical strategies for those who think that they are not absorbing vitamin d.

One of those was to read the page on Magnesium and Vitamin D to see why you MUST take magnesium with your vitamin d and why doctors 'searching for the cause' of not absorbing vitamin d is a waste of money and time.

If you go to my page on Signs of magnesium deficiency page, you'll see that muscle twitches are signs of magnesium deficiency and that is almost surely the reason that you are not CONVERTING your vitamin d into the active form in the blood.

You are likely ABSORBING it just fine, but you have no magnesium to convert it...
