Pale skin..
by: Kerri Knox, RN-The Immune Health Queen!

Hi Souheil,

No, I don't know of any reports of getting pale skin from vitamin d deficiency. That sounds more like anemia. Have you had any blood work done lately?

You might want to talk to your doctor and get a Complete Blood Count, an Iron Level and a Serum Ferritin level. These will check your iron count. But being pale could be many things, so check with your doctor.

And get your vitamin d level checked while you are at it, just because it's a good idea!
