Muscle Cramps Racing Heart Anxiety Worsening Symptoms when taking vitamin D Low Back Pain
So, I would recommend that you follow the instructions on the Magnesium Dosage page and try to saturate your tissues with as much magnesium as possible and I'll bet that you feel IMMENSELY better in just a few days.
Really get on as high a dosage as you can tolerate- and you may need to ALSO add Transdermal Magnesium Gel to get a high enough dosage. It's likely that you are very deficient.
You should probably also be taking at least 50 mg per day (100 mg is even better) of Vitamin B6 which is required in order to absorb magnesium. If you are also deficient in B6, then the magnesium is not going to help you out.
So, try that out and let me know how you are doing after using it for a couple of day.
