Mother Earth Magnesium Dosage

I just bought the angstrom magnesium from Mother Earth Minerals and I'm kinda confused about the doses to take through out the day. Their website has different doses for different ailments but since I have to take this through out the day I don't know how many drops or tsp or whatever to take that would equal the same doses in mg's. Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately, with angstrom, there is no real conversion to milligrams, so you'll just have to start out at their recommended dose and slowly work your way up until you find a dose that works for you. Unfortunately, that's as much advise as I can give you. It's just got to be a trial and error deal.
