I'm not going to do all that research for you...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Angela,

I'm sorry, but researching an entire program would take a lot of my time and I'm not going to do it for you. There is TONS of information already on my site that you can do your own research and learn about it yourself.

But you can go to my pages on:

Vitamin D Therapy

and

Magnesium Dosage

as a start. If you COULD have got enough of the things that you need in the food that you are eating now, then you would not have osteoporosis! If you are wanting to get more nutrients in your food, then you need to change your entire diet, get rid of 100% of junk food, processed food, boxed, canned and jarred food etc and eat 100% REAL WHOLE food that is also Gluten Free and grain free.

You are not going to get away with reversing your osteoporosis by taking a couple of bottles of potions and pills and adding a few nuts and seeds every day. It's just not going to happen. You need to make health a lifestyle- and that may include spending a lot more money on your health than you are used to or are comfortable with. It's a lot more expensive to have osteoporosis than to be healthy.
