Paradoxical reaction...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

So, that's what's called a Paradoxical Reaction when something exactly the opposite as you expect to happen- happens.

It DOES sound like you need more magnesium, so try using it topically. You can order Transdermal Magnesium Gel here and just rub it into your skin.

It actually absorbs right into your bloodstream, and maybe bypassing the digestive tract will fix your problem. Give it a try.

Magnesium is stimulating your calcium
by: Anonymous

Maybe the magnesium is stimulating your calcium and too much calcium is being moved into your cells...Maybe don't take any calcium supplements for a while and use very small amounts of magnesium oil until you feel back in balance.
