I have been taking Magnesium for around 3 mthsf...then because of my sheer slackness, they got mislaid..I didn't bother to replace. Very quickly...I began to get Restless Leg Syndrome, usually from 8.30pm onwards to a fairly severe degree.

By coincidence I read on line that magnesium, or lack of, could cause this trouble. I started taking magnesium again and after two to three days, the symptoms of restless leg syndrome ceased. There is no doubt at ALL that this helps and in my case alleviates the condition altogether.
