Magnesium and Prostate Calcification (+Prostatis)

by Gerd
(Tirana, Albania)

Hi there, I am a 39 old man and having time after time a problem of prostatitis most probably as a result of a partial prostate calcification. I started to take Magnesium Citrate, 400 mg dose, daily, after I noticed that many people suffering from the same condition reported a significant improvement after taking magnesium supplements.

Am I using the right magnesium combination/dose and for how long am I supposed to take the supplement? Do I need to add Zinc and/or Calcium supplements to my diet?

Thank you for the site and the great info.
Regards
