If you feel worse during the Gluten Free diet, is that an indicator you are Gluten Intolerant?

I have had many symptoms over the years, my hormone levels are low, acid reflux, non alcoholic fatty liver disease probable & Rosacea.

I tested positive for HLAB 27, and 1 specialist diagnosed me with AS, the other specialist said I don't have it?

Lately I am so nauseated and my stomach hurts all the time; with bowel issues;I have extreme fatigue, my brain is always in a fog, my legs are restless at night, depression & the list goes on.

The doctor says that all this is hormonal.

I am on an HRT from a hysterectomy but they don't want to up the dose because of the risk. So my friend mentioned Gluten intolerance and I thought I'd try it. I've done it for 4 1/2 days & I feel even worse than what I have been with the same symptoms but more severe. The one symptom I haven't had all along is a headache and I am experiencing a constant one while on this gluten free die.

Is this an indicator that I am Gluten Intolerant?
