I have infection of campylobactor instead of Hpylori.

After buying your eBook yesterday morning, I discovered I instead have the gram negative campylobactor infection--where tissue injury has been caused in my colon. What items in your book also apply to campylobactor infection? Am having add'l colon inspection along with my soon forthcoming colonoscopy.


Also have leaky gut symptoms with no ingestion of gluten or cross reactive foods for 12 months.? Thanking you, Nora Johnson

Hi Nora,

I'm sorry, but I just don't know enough about campylobacter to be able to give you any kind of help in how to eradicate it. A quick search shows that most of the same antibiotics are used to eradicate campylobacter as helicobacter, but I can't guarantee that the herbs I recommend for H pylori will be effective against campylobacter. I CAN tell you that all of the support herbs for taking antibiotics would also assist with campylobacter, if you choose to take antibiotics, but I just don't have enough info to recommend the same herbs for Campylobacter. Sorry.

As for your leaky gut symptoms that could 'just' be due to the Campylobacter as these stomach infections do cause leaky gut. However, if you want to 'rule out' other problems that might be causing the leaky gut (assuming that you actually do have it), you can try a GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet or an Specific Carbohydrate diet (SCD), both of which seem to be the logical next step for those still reacting on a gluten free diet if they've eliminated all of the most common allergens.
