Wow! That is a lot of things going on for someone who is only 20 years old. And because you are so young and because autoimmune diseases are being discussed, then I have to say that the chances are that you have Gluten Sensitivity are EXTREMELY high.
ANYONE with serious health problems at a young age, I ALWAYS consider that they almost certainly have gluten sensitivity. And be aware that there are many good reasons to believe that you can't even HAVE an autoimmune disease without having gluten sensitivity! Really.
So, without going into the details of why EACH blood test is abnormal, lets look at the reason why all of them might be abnormal at the same time, and the likely reason for that is Gluten Sensitivity...
