Gluten Intolerance is not the ONLY reason that people get back pain
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Lynn,

Gluten intolerance is not the ONLY reason that people get low back pain. While it's a GREAT thing to try in order to eliminate that as a cause of your pain, it's not going to be the problem in everyone's case and going gluten free isn't a magic bullet that will fix everyone's problems.

Please see my pages on:

Vitamin D and Pain

Signs of Magnesium Deficiency

even Vitamin B12 deficiency, chronic constipation, emotional issues (stress), being sedentary and having your muscles tighten up and other things can cause low back pain as can sleeping on the wrong mattress even!!

So, keep researching and improving your lifestyle and nutrition and hopefully you'll figure out the problem.
