Fibromyalgia then H pylori Can they be related?

I'm a 34 year old male. It all started with Heartburn and constant diarrhea. I went to a Gastro Doctor who put me on Omeprazole and said I had Gerd. Then I had an upper endoscopy done. It went horribly wrong and I almost died. They discovered I had sleep apnea. "The hard way" No biopsy.Did a sleep study got a Cpap machine.

Then abdominal pain and lower back pain. New Gastro Doc and another upper endoscopy. Gastro Doc said everything looked fine except for my red irritated stomach. And that I should see my Primary Doctor because I have Anxiety. Wasn't so easy to put me under. Biopsy taken. Now pain all over my body, fatigue, can barely sleep, diarrhea still.

A visit to the Primary Doc who says I have Fibromyalgia and most likely IBS as well. Primary Doc prescribes Gabapentin and Amitriptyline. Call from the Gastro Doc Biopsy results show I have H pylori infection. Prescribes me Prevpac which I'm picking up on Saturday to start.


P.S. I now have Sleep Apnea, Gerd, IBS, Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia, and H pylori.
