Does Colostrum and lactoferrin work with or interfere with Magnesium?

by GregO

I am taking Colostrum as an antiviral for suspected hantavirus. Will it affect my previously described regimen -- especially oral and transdermal magnesium?

How liberally should one apply transdermal magnesium?

Colostrum and Lactoferrin
by: Kerri Knox, Registered Nurse

Hi Greg,

Unfortunately, there are just simply no studies on most interactions of drugs and natural medicines. In order for there to be information on that, there has to actually have been someone studying that, and the chances of someone actually having studied the interaction of magnesium with lactoferrin or colostrum are slim to none.

So, unfortunately, I can't help you there.

As far as magnesium gel, yeah, don't do it so thick it gets powdery, just a thin layer is fine. If you want to do more, then wash it off first. It should essentially rub into your skin and maybe just leave a little bit of stickiness left on your skin.
