burning

After being subjected to a high stress work environment for several years, my problems first manifested as anxiety, abdominal pain & burning sensation in my gut resulting in polyps & ulcers. I then experienced a constant burning sensation in my face, head, neck, shoulders, arms & down my back as well as chronic migraines. I also have fatigue, insomnia, restless legs (sometimes restless arms too), dizziness & vertigo (mostly when changing sleeping positions such as turning from one side to another). I was diagnosed with fbromyalgia in 2014.
My symptoms have not improved with physical therapy & medications. I stopped taking most of the prescription medications (except for Flexeril each night & Tramadol as needed, which is rare) & opted to replace them with natural supplements. I am currently being treated with acupuncture & take vit D drops, magnesium glycinate & oxide, coq10, turmeric, b12, multivitamin, fishoil & probiotic. My acupuncturist discussed vitamin & mineral deficiency being a possibility for my symptoms.
My questions are, 1) can a vitamin deficiency cause the burning sensations I have described?
2) my acupuncturist has recommended I start taking magnesium lactate. Is this known to help improve the symptoms I have?
