B12 increases mean increases in Folic Acid and B-6...is this o.k?

So if I need to take increased doses of B-12, the B-12's I take usually also include Folic Acid and B-6...are there any negative side effects to taking increased doses of the Folic Acid and B-6 as well? I.e. - If I triple up (or more) on a B-12 that provides 1,000 mcg of B-12 but also 400 mcg of Folic Acid and 2mg of B-6...is that a possible problem?

Just get an individual Methylcobalamin B12 supplement. Why worry about the other dosages if you are only looking to increase your B12? Please see my page on Vitamin B12 Deficiency Treatment
