Gluten and Autism
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Grandma,

While autism is beyond the scope of my website, the fact is that there is a DIRECT relationship between gluten sensitivity and autism in MANY autistic (not ALL) kids.

Most parents would do well to do a serious trial of a gluten free diet, or even better a diet called the 'specific carbohydrate diet' also known as the 'GAAP' diet in order to see if it benefits their kids.

Diet has an amazingly important connection to autism that just simply can't be understated- and it's criminal that mainstream doctors refuse to recognize this important fact about autism as well as nearly every chronic illness on the planet.

Not focusing on dietary causes of chronic health problems is causing more harm to our society than just about anything I can think of.
