by: cindy

Hi I am currently taking 50000 units of vitamin D once a week for 4 months. Its been 3. I am having ankle, wrist, knee and stiffness and pain in my hands and fingers. Is this related to the deficiency or something else. I am also always tired I am on Wellbutrin and medicine for a slow throid.

I just saw this post. Yes, I had the same problem and I started taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 everyday and the pain is almost gone. My doctor did the same test on me and found that to be the issue.
God Bless.
