Magnesium and loose stools...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Bruce,

Everyone has a different tolerance level for magnesium. You don't have to start out at a full scoop. You can just do a half scoop and do that several times per day.

The more frequent throughout the day, the better to absorb more and the less likely that you are to have digestive problems with it.

You can also get extra magnesium (particularly if you just can't seem to get very much into your body with the drink that you are taking) by using a rub on cream that is called Magnesium Oil- it's not real an oil.

You can get Topical Magnesium Gel at this link. It's really a great way to get your magnesium without the ... ahem.. digestive issues. And it really works. Some people even believe that its a superior way to get magnesium because it directly saturates your tissues rather than going through your bloodstream first.

You could also try soaking in a bath with Magnesium Bath Flakes every night before going to bed. That's saturates you with magnesium and helps you to get a good night's sleep.
