Fibromyalgia and Cramping

I've had this syndrome for over 15yrs. Doctors tell me I have a severe case brought on by PTSD. In the past year I've developed a symptom that I'm unsure of the cause.I frequently feel as if my entire body is cramping. My usual meds don't touch it. Most of the time if I can get some smartwater to drink it will help the pain. This pain will awaken me from sleep. Is there correlation between fibro and eelectrolyte imbalances?
