Hi Brian,

It's very possible that your chronic leg pain could be due to lifelong Vitamin D deficiency. Dr. Cannell of the Vitamin D Council believes that 'growing pains' could be due to Vitamin D deficiency.

But until you get your Vitamin d level within the Normal Range of Vitamin D Levels then you'll never know.

So, go to my page on Vitamin D Therapy and follow the instructions there to bring your levels up to normal...

3 month follow up to leg bone pain

Just a quick follow up after 3 months at a high dose 6000 units per day it works out to about 50000 units per 2 times a week that the amount the dr perscribed and in 3 months I have noticed a big improvement in the the reduction of pain thanks for your site.
