Yes, it can be irritating...

Hi Margaret,

Yes, I HIGHLY recommend magnesium oil. But I prefer to use it in the form of Transdermal Magnesium Gel that is put in an aloe vera base and can be less irritating.

So, yes the oil can be irritating. While you are using it in order to resolve restless leg syndrome, you can simply rotate it to different body parts each night before you go to bed and you can also take oral Magnesium Supplements as I outline on the Magnesium Dosage page in order to saturate your tissues all day long.

You're on the right track, keep trying to help yourself...
