There's no 'best' form of Magnesium
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune System Queen

There's no 'best' form of magnesium for Fibromyalgia, there is only the 'best' form for you. Do not forget that the importance of dosing is more important than the form. If you take the best form of magnesium for fibromyalgia in the incorrect dose, then it will not do much of anything. If you take the right dose in the wrong form, it will likely still be fairly beneficial.

So, first, get the right Magnesium Dosage, as I go over on that page, and then you can experiment with the different forms of magnesium to see which one is best for fibromyalgia for you.
