Speak to your doctor..
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Please speak to your doctor about these side effects as soon as possible. If you think that you might be getting kidney damage, then you need to speak to you doctor.

Someone on the internet can not know or help you to decide if you are getting kidney damage.

Supplementing For Osteoporosis
by: Arnie

I agree that it is impossible to know via the internet whether your kidneys are being damaged. Once tests acknowledge kidney trouble, the damage has been done by drug companies and their drug pushing doctors.

Having osteoporosis as you do I have done a ton of research. I suggest that you also be tested for B12 deficiency. Vitamin K is essential in getting calcium into the bones. In my opinion, you should consider supplementing with Vitamin C, K, D as well as magnesium and calcium.

I wish you the best.
