I don't do interactions...
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Vivi,

There is simply no way that I could possibly keep upon all the drug interactions that could possibly be present for natural substances and drugs. Pharmacies have huge computer programs that are being updated constantly with that information and ANY pharmacy would be happy to answer the question about drug interactions- even if it's not your pharmacy.

But as far as how much to take, just go to my Vitamin D Deficiency Treatment page and use the dosages outlined there. You can use the same dose of Vitamin D3 Supplements as it says on the chart on that page.

But please be sure to take magnesium along with your vitamin d by following the instructions on the Magnesium Dosage.

This will help to prevent the vast majority of Side Effects of Vitamin D that could occur. And high blood pressure is one of the Signs of Magnesium Deficiency- so DO watch your blood pressure and get your blood pressure checked if you have any ill effects from this regimen- your blood pressure could drop and cause you to need a reduction in your blood pressure meds when these deficiencies are corrected.
