All of your questions have been answered..

Hi Fan,

I hate to tell you this because you asked so nicely, but EVERY SINGLE one of your questions about vitamin d has already been answered a multitude of times on this site. Your question is basically asking me to tell you everything that I know about vitamin d in 3 paragraphs. Well, I can't do that, but my entire site has over 100 informative pages on vitamin d and (literally) over 1000 questions that I've answered- many of them answering the exact same questions that you just did.

So, please start on the Vitamin D Facts and that page has a link (the blue underlined phrases that, when clicked, go to another informative page) to nearly every page on vitamin d that I've written. Then every single one of those pages links to all of the questions that I've answered on that topic.

When you are done reading, make SURE that you read and follow the instructions on my Vitamin D Therapy page in order to bring your level up the CORRECT way. Your doctor may not know all of the best science and if you follow those instructions step by step just like it says, then you will probably know more than your doctor.

As a final note, if you look to the right of this, you will see a sign up for my newsletter that will give you a Vitamin D Fact Sheet to download. Get it and read it and it will have great information to take to your doctor's office with you.

You can come back here and ask questions, but ONLY if you look for the answer on my site first since the vast majority of people's questions have already been answered- sometimes the same question has been answered over a hundred times...
