Treatment of H Pylori in children

I have been diagnosed with H Pylori and I am currently taking medications. I had a blood test for my 7 years old daughter and she tested positive also for the Bacteria. Her weight is 24 kg.

I live in North Africa and the doctors here are not good. Can you please tell me what should I gave her for treatment?

and also how long after we complete the treatment we should get tested for eradication?

Most of these questions are answered in my book The H Pylori Solution. I would just treat a child with 1/2 the dosages that I recommend in my book.
