Tired and Fatigued all the Time

Vitamin D Deficiency Can Make you Tired

Vitamin D Deficiency Can Make you Tired

I have just got the results of my labs today and I have a vitamin d deficiency of 8.8 ng/ml. I have been put on prescription vitamin D and will be checked again in 2 months.

Could these ALL be vitamin D deficiency symptoms and be the answer to why I am so tired and fatigued that I feel I cannot function and want to sleep all the time?

Tired and Fatigued...

Yes, Vitamin D deficiency CAN make you feel tired. Take a look at Della's Story Here.

More About Vitamin D

But remember, vitamin D deficiency does NOT occur in a vacuum. If you are THAT severely vitamin D deficient, what OTHER nutrients are you not getting or not absorbing, how much exercise are you getting (or rather NOT getting), what is your diet like, how much stress do you have?

So, while getting your vitamin D level up is definitely a priority and it's great that you found this out now, it would be GREAT for you to see this as a wake up call and realize that maybe you just simply aren't taking care of yourself like you should and you can begin to change a LOT of things in your life in order to reduce your risk of other health problems.

I highly recommend that you take a look at Dr. Carolyn Dean's Future Health Now Program. Each week you get a new module on ACTION STEPS that you can take to get healthy and stay healthy and address WHY you got vitamin D deficiency in the first place- and help you to avoid these problems in the future.

I hope that you subscribe to Dr. Dean's Excellent program and take advantage of this opportunity to really get healthy.
