stomach pain for 14 years or so

Hello I am 20 years old. I have had stomach pains since I was 6 years old. I was told a few days ago, after never getting answers from a doctor that I have a peanut allergy and GERD. I am about to find out if I have h pylori. I am not quite sure why I have had the symptoms this long if it could be this. Is it h pylori or something more serious?

Could also be gluten sensitivity

It could also be Gluten Sensitivity. That would be my first suspicion. And even if you are positive for H pylori, I'd still suspect that you are gluten sensitive.
