Rheumatoid Arthritis and Vitamin D
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Well, believe it or not, there really is a link between the two. This Study shows that the lower the intake of vitamin D, the higher the risk of Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Also, The Arthritis Trust, a website that you should Definitely take a look at if you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, has VERY good luck treating RA as a FUNGAL infection!! If this is true, this makes sense because Vitamin D helps to bolster the immune system- which would fight off fungal infections!

So, while there is no CONCLUSIVE evidence linking the two, if you have RA, it simply makes sense to optimize your Vitamin D Levels to help you the most!
